ドイツ人に返金を促す

ソウルでたいしたソウルも見せずに大敗しちゃうし、今野のケガも残念ながら軽くなかったし、と長期低落傾向の続く昨今だが、じんましんと並ぶおれのもう一つの懸案事項といえば、もうはるか遠い昔の思い出となって久しいドイツＷ杯のコンディショナルチケット未返金問題だ〜。大会後４週間以内に返金される、と公式サイトに書いてあったはずなのだが、まだもらえていないぞ〜。正確には、４枚注文したうち、２枚はカード会社に通知があったのだが、残り２枚についての返金がカイン（ない）！　ステイタスを確認したいのだが、すでにカスタマーセルフサービスのコーナーは閉じてしまっていてできない！　ということで、照会メールを前にもらったメールのアドレスorder@fwctc.comに送ったら戻ってきてしまったので、もう一つのアドレスworldcup2006@fwctc.comに送ってみた。はやくこいこいレスポンス〜。

But you did not allocate the tickets for me.
So, you should return the money.

I have not received the refund yet.
