諦めの悪い男として

とりあえず諦めモードだったが、FIFAメールの末尾にあった差出人名''Your 2006 FIFA World Cup (TM) Ticketing Center''を眺めているうちに''Your''の部分がどうにもムカついてきたので、もう一度返信することを決意。以下のようなメールを送った。先方からの気のない自動リプライにあった文言に一つずつ言い返す形だ。先方のドイツ人担当者フリードリッヒ（仮称）の返事に期待。

But I have not understood yet.
Please tell me which rule conflicted with my application.

  • You cannot obtain both single tickets and TSTs.

I obtained only TSTs.

  • Each applicant can only apply for tickets for one price category per match. This price category does also apply to all guests indicated within the application.

I applied for one price category.

  • Per household you can apply for up to four individual tickets per match

I applied for 2 individual tickets.

  • It is not possible to apply for tickets for several matches which take place on the same day.

I applied for a TST, so the matches never take place on the same day.

  • Only one application per household is possible in sales phase 1.

My application was in sale phase 2. (Certainly, I applied also in sales phase 1, but the application didn't win)

  • TST series can be ordered for a maximum of one national team. Each TST series applicant can apply for TST series for a maximum of three other people.

I applied for one TST(Japan).

In brief, I have a death wish to go to WM.
What I want is not the refund but the tickets for WM.
You should cancel your cancellation.
Have a heart! Please let me go to Germany.
