と、東京ダービーは素晴らしかったのだが、一方で最悪な状況が発生していた。noreply@mx.fwctc.com、つまりドイツＷ杯の組織委員会からメールが届いてしまった。。。題名は、CANCELLATION of your ticket order for the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany (TM)。。。

Dear Mister Takai,

We have processed your ticket order for the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany
(TM). As described in the order confirmation, you were allocated tickets
provided further checks would be successful. Unfortunately, our exhaustive
verifications have pointed out that you did not complete your order according to
the valid ticket order formalities. Hence, we must cancel your order with
the order number mentioned above.

The reversed transaction as well as the refund of your payments will be
made from November 15th 2005 on.

exhaustive verifications...徹底的な検証。。。入金が済んで安心していたんだけど、甘かったな。。。やっぱドイツ人は違うね。。。チケット獲得はこれでゼロから出直し。。。はぁぁぁ。ガックリ・オブ・ガックリズ。
しかし、よく読むと、別に申し込みに不正があった、みたいなことは書かれておらず、キャンセルの理由がいまいちこのメールではわからない。メールがよく読めと指摘しているgeneral terms and conditionsの8は客の写真などを組織委員会が使うのを認めろってことだろうし、

Each Ticket holder gives his or her irrevocable consent to the use by the OC or its nominees, free of charge, of his or her voice, image and/or likeness in live or recorded video display, broadcast or in other transmission or recording, photographs, or any other media now or hereafter existing, taken or recorded in connection with the Event. Section 23, subsection 2 of the German Art Copyright Act (Kunsturhebergesetz) shall remain unaffected.

11は試合の日程とかが変わっちゃったら同等のチケットで我慢してね、みたいなことだし。

The OC reserves the right to make alterations to the times, dates and locations of the Event matches in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, including but without limitation to, events of force majeure, concerns over safety and security.
In the event of the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances leading to an alteration to the times, dates and venues of an Event match, including those mentioned above, the Ticket holder shall be entitled to receive a Ticket, of the same category as the Ticket Holderユs original Ticket, for the re-arranged match, if possible. If an Event match, or a re-arranged Event match, is cancelled, or if there is no Ticket available for the re-arranged match, the Ticket Holder will be reimbursed for the face value of the Ticket. Should the Ticket Holder be unable to attend the rescheduled match, the Ticket Holder will be refunded the price of the ticket by way of exchange prior to the match and subject to the OC's approval.

なにかの間違いであってほしいが、おれと同じキャンセルメールが届いた同志たちはけっこう多い模様。。。とりあえず問い合わせメールを送ってみよう。ハッ、こりゃまいったね〜〜〜 (；´Д｀)
